YOUR GUIDES
CECILE SMITH
Cecile Smith is a lover of nature, casual gardener, author, singer, movement specialist, former homeschool mother, and friend. She enjoys spending time outdoors — her favorite place to contemplate, sip coffee, walk, and talk with God. Cecile writes from her garden — immersed in Nature — where she is always in pursuit of God's presence here on Earth. She thrives in the morning sun, and endeavors to never miss a sunset. Connecting with God in the Garden is her first book. She lives and works in central Ohio, where she contributes to The Catholic Times Newspaper, and her life is filled with family and friends! Cecile shares thought-provoking reflections and welcomes comments from readers through her website at www.CecileSmith.com.
LISA TREMONT OTA, MPH, MA
Lisa's passion for dreams began in early childhood and developed through her studies in Culture and Creation Spirituality at Holy Names College in Oakland, CA, where she studied under world-renowned dream expert, Jeremy Taylor. A Shamanic Soul Coach with certifications from the Integrative Arts Institute in Oakland, Lisa works compassionately to recover the many parts of ourselves that are so often forgotten, repressed and denied. Her knowledge and deep appreciation of food, most especially plants, to nourish and heal body, mind and spirit is highly supported through her studies at UC Berkeley (BS in Clinical Nutrition / Masters in Public Health Nutrition) and work with plant medicines in Australia and Peru. Lisa leads shamanic-based retreats and workshops in Sedona, Arizona.
